Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. Service Description

Overstock Pallet Relief ("we," "us," "our") is a pallet recovery service brand operated by Coastal Connection Express (CCX). We provide no-cost removal of qualifying excess wooden pallets from commercial locations in Central Florida.

2. No Guarantee of Service

Submitting a pickup request or contacting us does not guarantee that service will be provided. All pallets are subject to review and acceptance based on type, condition, quantity, location, and our current operational capacity. We reserve the right to decline any pickup request at our sole discretion.

3. Pallet Ownership

By requesting pickup, you represent that you have the authority to transfer ownership of the pallets to Overstock Pallet Relief. Once pallets are removed from your facility, ownership transfers to us. We are not responsible for pallets that were provided without proper authorization.

4. Scheduling and Access

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the pallet pickup location during agreed-upon times. Pickups may be rescheduled due to weather, equipment issues, or operational constraints.

5. Limitation of Liability

Overstock Pallet Relief shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific service transaction in question.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Volusia County, Florida.
