Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about our pallet recovery service.
Is the pickup really free?
Yes. Qualifying commercial pickups are removed at no charge. We review the pallet type, quantity, condition, location, and current capacity first.
What kind of pallets do you accept?
We prioritize standard GMA 48×40 wooden pallets, reusable pallets, and consistent quantities. Mixed sizes may be accepted in bulk.
Do you take broken pallets?
We prefer pallets in decent, reusable condition. Share details about your inventory and we can let you know what may qualify.
What is the minimum quantity for pickup?
Our typical minimum is 15 or more pallets per pickup, subject to location and current capacity.
How soon can you pick up?
After we review your details, we will coordinate a pickup time that works for your operation.
Do you serve my area?
We serve Orlando and surrounding Central Florida communities including Daytona Beach, Sanford, DeLand, Deltona, Kissimmee, Lakeland, St. Augustine, Palm Coast, and Bunnell.
Do you pay for pallets?
Our current program is focused on free qualifying pickup, not purchasing pallets.
Can you set up recurring pickups?
Yes. Weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedules can be arranged around your pallet accumulation rate.
What happens to the pallets after pickup?
Recovered pallets enter our downstream reuse and recycling network, giving usable materials another opportunity instead of sending them to a landfill.
Does submitting the form guarantee a pickup?
No. A submission starts the qualification review. Pickup depends on pallet type, quantity, condition, location, and current capacity.
